Do You Get Paid More By Working Harder? This is a good question, and it really depends on what you're doing.
Here are some different ways to make a Facebook welcome page. To start with, you might want to investigate some sites like Pagemodo, because they do provide simple templates of pages that look good.
However, there are many problems with the free options, as you are only allowed to have one page, and it has ads on it for their site, and you can't put HTML code on it, and you can't put video on it, etc.
It's probably better to learn how to do some HTML, and make your own welcome page, and then put it on an app on your page, to make a welcome page tab.
You can use a simple app like Static HTML: iFrame Tabs, which you can find easily by doing a search for that on Facebook.
This allows you to put any source code you want on your page tab, and if you don't know anything about that, I explain a little bit about it in the attached article.
You can also use the Developers section of Facebook to make an app, or multiple apps that you can put on your page.
These take content from a canvas URL, and you need an SSL certificate on your server so you can give a secure https address as well as a normal one.
There are many different options, but if you aren't familiar with HTML, you can hire me to do it all for you for as little as fifty dollars.
I can put Pay Pal buttons on your page, videos, photos, opt-in forms, or whatever you want, as long as you have to codes ready, and for a little bit extra, I can teach you how to make those codes.

The Value Of Facebook Page Likes
This is a press release which will explain the value of Facebook page likes to your business, whether they are targeted likes, or random likes that you buy.As I explain on PR Log, it's very easy to buy random Facebook page likes, and while the value of them isn't quite as much as it would be if they were acquired in a more natural way, they are still valuable, for many reasons.
For example, my Facebook page Social Promotion Services is a PR 6, and is first on the first page of a Google search on the title, and I put that down to the fact that I have over 5,000 random likes on it.Most of these I got through a site where you swap one like for another, and I can get you the same amount of likes from this site, or other ones like it for a very reasonable price.
I can also get you Twitter followers, Google Plus connections, You Tube views, or pretty much anything you want.I work for about three or four US dollars an hour, clicking on buttons to get points, but I also have a lot of different talents that I offer as services.
I know a lot about SEO, PPC, and all forms of internet marketing. I can design you a custom Facebook page tab, help you make a simple You Tube video, write articles, pretty much whatever you want, and I do all of that on my site Professional Social Promotion.
Now getting back to the main point of this blog post, the value of random Facebook page likes, any real people who like your page are of value because number one they have to see it to like it, so that's traffic, the likes improve your rankings on Google, Facebook, and other search engines, and they also see all of the things you post on your wall in their news feed.
Social Promotion Services is my Facebook page, promoting my site: Professional Social Promotion.
Social Media Optimization or SMO is about the optimization of content for the social networking sites like Facebook, or perhaps the distribution of that content, or links to it on those sites.
